A day’s field visit was undertaken to field test the tool for the women, Internal Learning & Monitoring System devised by the women themselves to measure the acumen of the members of the self-help group and to grade the self-help groups so that their capacity building needs could be assessed and further trainings could be imparted.

It is our foremost duty to reach out to the most marginalized communities and this is possible only through formation of Community Based Organizations who are made aware of their rights and motivated to claim their entitlements through a rights based approach said Rev. Fr. Peter Brank, Director, KROSS.

Sr. Nancy Lobo & Sr. Lucia, Program Officers facilitated and moderated the three days session along with Mr. Ambrose Christy.
