KROSS Hosts Southern States Justice & Peace Workers Meet

We have to learn to live for others and in harmony with environment. It is not enough to be on Facebook but live looking at each other’s faces. The mandate of God is very clear to us in our mission but we have to now adopt also the 10 commandments that Pope Francis emphasized for a happy life for the whole world and for us his message is loud and clear that “Peace sometimes gives the impression of being quiet, but it is never quiet, peace is always proactive" said Rev. Fr. Stephen, Secretary General, CCBI who presided and inaugurated the Workshop

Environmental degradation is one of the biggest challenges we have said Rev. Fr. Charles Irudayam, Secretary, National Commission for Justice, Peace & Development, CBCI in his introduction to the Dynamics of the Workshop.

Rev. Fr. Peter Brank welcomed the dignitaries, the southern zone Forum Directors, the Karnataka Region Justice & Peace Secretaries, the Partner Social Work Directors and the other participants.

The two days Regional Consultation Workshop was facilitated by Rev. Fr. Charles Irudayam, Rev. Fr. (Advocate) Rajan and Sr. Dulcine.
