Without Challenges or Dreams – No Future, says Archbishop

Karnataka Regional Organization for Social Service (KROSS) inaugurated the 11th Batch 2015-16 for providing Public and Private Sector Examination Coaching.

Presiding over the 11th Batch (2015-2016) of the Career Advancement Program, the Archbishop of Bangalore said that to be good leaders, everything negative has to be eliminated. Make use of the opportunity provided, obey the norms and commands of the Church, be sincere and commit yourself to the cause you are entrusted, serve people of all caste and community with diligence, remain focused and discourage corruption.

Mr. Sibichem Mathew, IRS, Advisor-TRAI, Government of India who inaugurated the Program said to achieve your goal your full time commitment is a must. Study hard and be ethical in life. Perks may be high in private sector but if you want to see change in society take up assignment in public sector.

Mr. Robinson D’souza, former Law Secretary, Government of Karnataka said, have dreams not fear. Belief can conquer.

The function was attended by a galaxy of guest, clergy, religious and lay people.

Ms Joylin Fernandes & Mr. Avil D’souza, students of the previous Career Advancement Program Batch shared their experience and said how they had developed leadership qualities through this coaching.

Fr Sebastian Fernandes, Director, KROSS, welcomed the gathering, Mr. Chris L Bernard, Program Officer, CAP, presented a brief report, Sr Nancy Lobo, Program Officer, WEP, compered the programme and Mr. Clement Fernandes, Manager - Program Support, proposed the vote of thanks.
