Inspired by the Karnataka Region Catholic Bishops’ Council’s vision to promote integrity in public life, the Career Advancement Programme (CAP) aims to support rural and urban Catholic youth from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The program provides coaching for KPSC and UPSC exams, helping candidates secure government positions where they can contribute to transparency, policy-making, and social justice.
From the 2017-18 academic year, financial aid is available for Catholic candidates joining recognized coaching institutes for civil service exams, based on individual needs.
